  Being a Canadian traveler without full coverage health insurance this place turned out to be very helpful! The costs are low and the doctors understand that I couldn't pay for extensive 'just in case' testing and appointments. They were always kind and helpful, getting the job done right and having a lot of knowledge on all the topics I brought up! :)

  Dr Alex Burmey is amazing; kind, professional, and friendly. Knows his stuff! Great at helping you with healthcare plans too. This practice bulk bills.

  It's lucky that I do not have to see doctors very often (though it's part of my job to see healthcare professionals but not because of my health issues)! I have been in this practice for 3 times in past 12 months and only got nothing but the best service and most thorough care from doctors, nurses and staff here. I understand the pressure of time constraint and workload of GPs but they always take so much time to talk, make questions and listen to understand my health concerns. Extremely easy to book online and great time management. I will not risk my time going to anywhere else. And just a short bus from my house! ^^

  Pathologist was late. The receptionist took us into a room and said “I don’t do this normally but I’ll give it a go”. Pathologist walks into the room when the receptionist was struggling to find a vein and takes over. During the procedure. The same reception comes back in without knocking to weigh and measure a patient. Disgustingly unprofessional.
